Shipping & returns
We deliver to every city in Pakistan through TCS, Leopards and PostEx.
Delivery times
Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad: 2–3 working days. Other cities: 3–5 working days. You get an SMS with your tracking number as soon as the parcel is booked.
Delivery charges
A flat rate per province is shown at checkout before you place the order. Orders over Rs 5,000 ship free.
7-day returns
Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons opened skincare cannot be returned — message us on WhatsApp if you have any reaction or concern and our team will help.
Damaged or wrong item
Tell us within 48 hours with a photo of the parcel and product, and we replace it at no cost to you.
